Hi, I’m Yatika, the mind behind Mindful Sankalp! As a counselling psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals find deep alignment, purpose, and clarity in their professional and personal journeys. I have spent years working with individuals and groups through complex life transitions, creating a space where psychological well-being and personal meaning always take priority. Grounded in a humanistic and existential approach enriched with mindfulness, my practice is built on the belief that navigating your career shouldnt come at the cost of your mental peace.

Before earning my Masters in Counseling Psychology, I began my career in engineering. Transitioning into a completely different career path gave me the firsthand understanding of the deep anxiety, self-doubt, fear of the unknown, amongst the myriads of emotions that accompanies such a change. I know intimately how exhausting the search for meaning can be, but also how vital it is to find a place where you can finally fit in.

Today, I use that lived experience to transform career counseling from a clinical exercise into a powerful tool for self-discovery, one that honors your psychological struggles while building a clear, actionable path toward your true calling. To me, career counseling is a profound psychological exploration, not a mechanical checklist. Together, we will use psychometrics to evaluate your unique aptitude, interests, and inclinations, while mapping out a strategic career path that honors your ambitions and safeguards your mental well-being.
